My No-poo stuff. in case you wondered.

Here's my little hair washing routine and sort of recipe. This works for me, but no guarantee it'll work for anyone else. or on blonde hair, because the tea is for brunettes.

Ok, I didn't really measure, but here's approximation

I did 2 teabags (red rose black tea)in 1 L boiling water. Then, for the spices part, I did about 1 tsp of rosemary, sage and cinnamon in a medium pot of water, boiled it like crazy and strained it lots through cheesecloth until no sediment was left, and added the spicey water to the tea (take the tea bags out haha).I guess you could do whatever spice smell you like. I read somewhere that sage and rosemary are good for your hair, and I like cinnamon smell. I added honey, maybe a tbsp or two. I'm not sure of the amount, I just squeezed it in from the container LOL same thing with the lemon juice, just poured it in.
as for the baking soda part, I know all the ones online say one tsp in a cup of water, but I didn't feel like that worked for me, so I do about two tbsp, and enough water for a gooey paste, which I plaster on where my hair gets oily. (over my ears, in case anyone was wondering)I work it all over my scalp and the rinse it with vinegar and water. I've been using red wine vingegar since I don't have any apple cider vinegar and I figure regular white vinegar would sting like crazy! After I work the vinegar in and rinse the Bkg soda and RWvinegar out, I use my "shampoo", just like regular shampoo. It doesn't lather of course, but just doing that action makes me feel like I'm actually cleaning my hair haha.
Hope this helps!
